Just over a week ago, over 20 people from various agencies in the Omaha area went to Search Institute's HCHY conference in Rochester. This conference is like taking your votive candle to the bonfire of asset development. You pick up awesome ideas to bring back home. Three years ago, 4 of us from Omaha went to the conference. Last year there were probably 12, this year there were over 20 and over 30 from Nebraska. Our efforts are paying off as we see more and more people getting invovled!
This year's conference was very special for me as my 13 year old son went along. It takes all ages!
