Last Wednesday I went to a three hour seminar thinking when I left home, "Oh, no, not 3 hours of nothing." And was I ever surprised. This was an awesome experience for me and the time flew by. This is a grass-roots opportunity for our voices to be heard about the things that are near and dear to our heart. The two issues I went to were on aging and on teen pregnancy - and both gave me more information and insight. I hope you will entertain going to the session at Kendall Elementary School since it is so close. Feel free to forward this message to anyone else you think might be interested.
