The Preble Promise is an initiative backed by a coalition of schools, non-profits, businesses, government agencies, parents and students intending to raise the level of post-secondary achievement within Preble County. Through quality programs and services, we will open up the world of higher education and help all learners realize their dreams. Ultimately, we aim to encourage attendance and graduation from some sort of post-secondary institution, and then to bring them back to the county for the new and current jobs that require a post-secondary degree.
